OUR STORY
Since 1992, Reliable Pallet, Inc. has been built on hard work, family values, and generations of pallet manufacturing experience. Founded by Michael (“Mike”) and his wife Nancy Francois, the company was created with a commitment to quality craftsmanship, dependable service, and long-lasting customer relationships.
After Mike’s unexpected passing in 2006, Nancy continued leading the company alongside their son Marcus Francois, who serves as General Manager. Like his father before him, Marcus grew up in the business - learning the trade firsthand and continuing the family tradition of quality pallet manufacturing and customer service.
For decades, Reliable Pallet has built strong partnerships by delivering consistent quality, dependable service, and pallets customers can rely on. Many of our customer relationships span generations, built on trust, reliability, and a shared commitment to getting the job done right.
Today, we continue to operate with the same family-oriented values the company was founded on. Our team works in a supportive, family - feel atmosphere where hard work, loyalty, and pride in craftsmanship are at the center of everything we do.
